To communicate the following:A few minutes ago the higher authorities just informed me that it is impossible for them to bring, apparently, the body of my husband, which is no longer in INPE's or INPE presidency's hands, but he is in prosecution's hands, Third Prosecutor's Office, and, in any case, I would have to go to that instance —to the Third Prosecutor's Office —, so that, through an attorney's power made to a relative, they can deliver him to them. But, as I have no family member here, none who can comply with that, then, as said through press, the only thing they want is to have him, make him disappear from the face of the Earth and there is not even a gram of his body, and that Is called homicide, murder and genocide, that is what is at the base. What are they doing with Abimael Guzmán? First they captured all his lawyers, then they opened a second trial for the third, fourth and fifth life sentences; and now the have prevented me from visiting him for... I haven't seen him for 2 years! That impediment leads me to think that they have planned his assassination and that there must be some responsible for that assassination and that History and the people, above all, will have to adopt a position on the matter.At this time I hold the Peruvian State, the Peruvian Navy and the torturers of the DIRCOTE and the genocidal men of Peru, who for 20 years murdered and made people disappear from the countryside, responsible for the murder of my husband and of the disappearance of his body.Anyway, I will appeal to the Third Prosecutor's Office from here, from jail, but there is no phone to make the last attempt and have it delivered to a ex-prisoner fellow, because I have not had more relationships for more than 60 years than my colleagues, I do not have a single lawyer to turn to to solve this situation, I am only imprisoned with my head and my limbs very clear, convinced that the causes of capitalist oppression and exploitation are nothing but the separation of rich and poor, the separation of owners of economic power and the ever greater separation of the poor, dispossessed, sunk in misery and injustice with 200,000 deaths due to neglecting the health of the Peruvian people in these 30 post-war years.
