¡VIVA EL 41.° ANIVERSARIO DEL INICIO DE LA GUERRA POPULAR!

La guerra popular del Perú, el más grande movimiento social de la historia peruana, irrumpió el 17 de mayo de 1980. Durante 12 años, bajo la justa y correcta dirección del Presidente Gonzalo, avanzó victoriosa hasta alcanzar el equilibrio estratégico. La detención de nuestra jefatura y la Dirección Central, en medio de un repliegue de la revolución mundial, produjo un giro estratégico e imposibilitó la conquista del Poder. Mas esta gesta heroica quedó estampada en el proletariado y el pueblo y es base del futuro triunfo de la revolución socialista.

En este 41 aniversario presentamos la segunda edición mejorada del video Honor y gloria a la guerra popular con la música y coro realizado en el 2005 en la Luminosa Trinchera de Combate de Canto Grande. Adjuntamos además la versión inicial del mismo tema realizado en el año 2000 en la Luminosa Trinchera de Combate de Yanamayo.

Este trabajo muestra el proceso y las lecciones de nuestra guerra popular establecidas por el Presidente Gonzalo y sirve a defender la trascendencia histórica de la guerra popular del Perú.

¡HONOR Y GLORIA A LA GUERRA POPULAR!

The People's War in Peru, the largest social movement in Peruvian history, broke out on May 17, 1980. For 12 years, under the just and correct leadership of Chairman Gonzalo, it advanced victoriously until reaching a strategic balance. The arrest of our headquarters and the Central Directorate, in the midst of a retreat of the world revolution, produced a strategic turn and made it impossible to conquer Power. But this heroic deed was stamped on the proletariat and the people and is the basis for the future triumph of the socialist revolution.

On this 41st anniversary we present the second improved edition of the video Honor and glory to the people's war with music and choir performed in 2005 in the Luminosa Tinchera de Combate de Canto Grande. We also enclose the initial version of the same theme made in the year 2000 in the Luminosa Tinchera de Combate de Yanamayo.

This work shows the process and the lessons of our People's War established by Chairman Gonzalo and serves to defend the historical significance of the People's War in Peru.
